Building Information Modeling (BIM)

BIM is the creation of an intelligent database driven by the dynamic three-dimensional (3D) modeling of a building and has proven to be a powerful team collaboration tool through enhanced project visualization, information sharing, and management.

IGW Architecture uses AutoDesk Revit software as our primary 3D design platform to simulate and optimize facility design and maintain accurate and coordinated data throughout a project's subsequent documentation, construction, and facility management phases.

Among many other benefits, BIM enables the design, visualization, and analysis of a project's critical physical and functional characteristics very early in the planning process. This facilitates better client review and decision-making when decisions significantly impact quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability.
