Riley Glerum

As CEO of IGW Architecture, Mr. Glerum is responsible for the firm’s business development and quality initiatives while providing the design and administrative leadership necessary for the successful and timely delivery of all projects. In addition to the management of client and consultant services, he assembles and leads teams in the early needs assessment, program definition, conceptualization, budget analysis, scheduling and phasing critical to total project success. With a career spanning nearly 40 years and utilizing a highly collaborative, user-centric approach, Mr. Glerum has applied his programming, master planning, design and management skills to a vast array of public and private projects resulting in numerous planning and design awards and, most importantly, satisfied clients.

Mr. Wachter, President of IGW Architecture, has performed as the lead design and management architect on a broad range of educational, governmental, transportation, commercial, healthcare and residential projects. In addition to managing the firm's staff resources and project workflow, his efforts are focused on detailed site and architectural planning and design, materials and systems research and evaluation, preparation and coordination of design and construction documents, and the technical coordination between architectural and engineering disciplines. A 30-year industry veteran with numerous large scale, complex projects to his credit, Mr. Wachter has earned not only a number of design awards but also a reputation as the consummate architect.

Rick Krall

Rick Krall

As a Senior Project Architect for IGW, Mr. Krall has nearly twenty years of experience in all phases of project development from design through construction. Adept at both new construction and renovation projects, his responsibilities include field survey work, analysis of existing site and building conditions, architectural design, client and consultant coordination and construction document preparation including drawings and technical specifications. He remains actively involved during the bidding phase, administrates the construction phase of projects, observes construction in the field for design compliance and generally endeavors to provide the Owner protection against lack of coordination, defects and deficiencies in the work.

Sharada Panditi

As a senior designer for IGW, Ms. Panditi has an active role providing architectural and interior design, documentation and construction administration services on a variety of project types and scopes. Focused primarily on the assessment, repair and remodeling of existing facilities, she brings over 15 years of renovation experience on educational, governmental and many other facility types. In addition, Ms. Panditi applies highly developed skills in space planning and interior architecture, materials and finish design, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) selection, specification and procurement on many of the firm’s projects.

Christina Mooney

Christina Mooney

As a senior designer for IGW, Ms. Mooney's role encompasses a diverse group of responsibilities drawn from over 12 years of experience on both existing and new building projects. In addition to providing a full range of architectural and interior design services to clients, she contributes advanced skills in research for evidence-based design, building energy efficiency and sustainable building materials and finishes. Ms. Mooney also applies her advanced Autodesk Revit expertise to nearly every aspect of the firm's work including 3D building modeling, photorealistic still and animated renderings along with Revit software management and staff training.

Lynn Billman

Lynn Billman

Ms. Billman holds multiple roles within the office and successfully performs a number of critical tasks which keep the firm running smoothly. In addition to serving as IGW’s gatekeeper and administrative assistant to the architects, she is also responsible for project cost accounting, human resource administration and general office management. For all practical purposes, Ms. Billman functions as the firm’s COO and CFO.
